This program is a management simulation demonstrating the basics of strategic planning in finance, marketing, production and product development.
Aim: In a fast changing marketplace with intense competition, this program demonstrates the outcomes of decisions made in order to make the right investments at the right time and gain maximum profits.
Method: The attendees work in 3-4 person teams by assuming the roles of the managers of production, marketing, sales or finance. Teams compete with each other in planning and putting to practice strategies on sales, marketing, research and development and financing. The attendees who assume the role of the top level manager of the simulated company have the opportunity to control the strategic, operational and financial parameters.
