LIVON – MARKETING SIMULATION

This program is a business simulation for experiencing developing sales and marketing strategies by watching customers and competitors and adjusting these strategies to the local market conditions without endangering the market positions of a company.

Aim: The program ensures understanding the importance of aligning the company strategies and policies with the local market conditions and to implement the strategies with the required approach.

Method: The attendees work in teams.Each team develops and manages its own company over a 5-year simulation period with the aim of reaching the highest market share and profitability. The teams compete with each other in planning sales and marketing strategies.
