REINFORCING AND DEVELOPING: RECEIVING AND GIVING FEEDBACK

The most effective tool for creating a learning organisation, for learning from one another and for converting the individuals’ potentials to performance is “feedback”. Reinforcing what is right with positive feedback and reorienting from wrong to right by negative feedback are the two effective dimensions of creating the feedback culture. The greatest impediment to forming this culture is the inability to confront and the fragilty in asking for explanations and accountability. The aim of this program is to help identify the processes required for receiving and giving feedback and to ensure targeted reinforcing of what is right and appropriate.
