APPLES AND ORANGES – “FINANCE FOR EVERYONE” SIMULATION

“Apples & Oranges”- Finance for Everyone simulation is a powerful and entertaining way of learning how financial gains and the business results of a company are realised.

Aim: Through simulated business processes, the program teaches the attendees how cash flows within a company and how it affects the resources. The attendees working at all levels and all functions of a company learn how to see the company as a whole in the light of the financial data.

Method: Attendees work in teams. Each of the teamsaim to improve and manage their model firm during the 3 simulation years in order to reach the highest levels of profitability and productivity. Visual simulation tools enable continual observation of the cash flow and financial state of the companies.
